Our founder, Juan Manuel López Durán is a Mexican tax advisor with more than 22 years of experience achieved in top Mexican firms specialized in domestic and international tax consultancy.
He is both a lawyer and a CPA. He obtained his Law Degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico and a degree in Public Accounting with highest honors from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración in Mexico. He also holds a certification as a tax professional from the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
Mr. López Durán holds Masters in Tax Law from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico and a Master of Advanced Studies in International Tax Law (LL.M.) from Leiden University in the Netherlands.
He is a member of the Mexican College of Public Accountants (CCPM) and a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He is author of and collaborator on multiple articles in specialized tax publications; and speaks at specialized international and Mexican fora. He also lectures at degree and postgraduate level.
Héctor Ramírez is a Mexican advisor with more than 21 years of experience in tax advisory and tax planning for diverse business groups with both national and international presence. He has participated in highly specialized projects involving tax compliance, fiscal risk management and international taxation.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from Universidad La Salle.
He also earned a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico.
Héctor is a member of the Mexican College of Public Accountants (CCPM).
Juan Antonio is an advisor in foreign trade matters with more than 25 years of experience, providing counsel and representation to both national and multinational companies.
He holds a Law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and a degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes.
He has taught undergraduate, graduate, and diploma courses, and is co-author of several books and articles published in Puntos Finos, Consultoría, Veritas, and Práctica Fiscal magazines.
